Delicious!

I truly love this bread. So easy to make and it tastes wonderful. Once it’s cold, I slice it and keep it in an airtight container in the fridge.
Because I live on my own, the whole loaf at once would be too much so, I weigh out half a pack of mix and halve all the other ingredients. Then I place the dough in a small baking tin and bake it at 170 degrees... in the Airfryer (I kid you not!) for approx. 40 to 45 minutes. I also place a small glass of water alongside the tin for a nice fluffy loaf. It works a treat!
